Can I cancel my order?

We’re happy to help you with your order. If you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours of payment confirmation, we’ll issue a full refund with no questions asked. If you need to cancel after 24 hours, don’t worry! We can still help if your order hasn’t been sent for production yet. However, if it has been sent for production, unfortunately, we won’t be able to cancel or modify it. We’ll still do our best to assist you and offer a partial refund for the item(s) you purchased. We’re here to make your experience as smooth as possible, so please don’t hesitate to contact your sales manager for more information.

Do I need to pay import taxes or duties?
