Skon\u0161truovan\u00e9 z jednotliv\u00fdch nikel-metal hydridov\u00fdch alebo l\u00edtium-i\u00f3nov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nkov spojen\u00fdch v s\u00e9riovej a paralelnej konfigur\u00e1cii, bat\u00e9riov\u00e9 jednotky sa zvy\u010dajne vyzna\u010duj\u00fa \u010dl\u00e1nkami, ktor\u00e9 sa vyzna\u010duj\u00fa vn\u00fatorn\u00fdm odporom, menovit\u00fdm nap\u00e4t\u00edm a menovit\u00fdm v\u00fdkonom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">S\u00faprava bat\u00e9ri\u00ed\u00a0<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">je skon\u0161truovan\u00fd<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00a0na nastavite\u013enom r\u00e1me navrhnutom tak, aby rovnomerne rozlo\u017eil jeho hmotnos\u0165 a poskytoval n\u00edzke \u0165a\u017eisko. Ke\u010f k tomu d\u00f4jde, elektrick\u00fd obl\u00fak by sa mohol roz\u0161\u00edri\u0165 cez \u0161asi do bat\u00e9rie, \u010do by sp\u00f4sobilo trval\u00e9 po\u0161kodenie a potenci\u00e1lne n\u00e1kladn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na v\u00fdmenu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Akumul\u00e1torov\u00e9 sady predstavuj\u00fa \u010fal\u0161ie v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 nebezpe\u010denstvo: pren\u00e1\u0161aj\u00fa vibr\u00e1cie na bat\u00e9riov\u00e9 \u010dl\u00e1nky, po\u0161kodzuj\u00fa ich vn\u00fatorn\u00fa \u0161trukt\u00faru a ved\u00fa k \u00fanavov\u00e9mu zlyhaniu koncov\u00fdch konektorov a zbern\u00edc medzi modulmi. Syst\u00e9m spr\u00e1vy bat\u00e9ri\u00ed (HVBMS) monitoruje \u00farove\u0148 ich nabitia monitorovan\u00edm vstupn\u00fdch sign\u00e1lov, ako je odpor \u010dl\u00e1nku, nap\u00e4tie a teplota. Ak ak\u00e9ko\u013evek nameran\u00e9 hodnoty nazna\u010duj\u00fa odch\u00fdlku od o\u010dak\u00e1van\u00fdch hodn\u00f4t, HVBMS upozorn\u00ed riadiaci modul hnacej s\u00fastavy nastaven\u00edm k\u00f3du P0A80.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Kor\u00f3zia v r\u00e1mci bat\u00e9rie alebo jej spojov \u010dasto sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a tento k\u00f3d na HVBMS. Meden\u00e9 pr\u00edpojnice \u010dasto podliehaj\u00fa kor\u00f3zii v d\u00f4sledku environment\u00e1lnych prvkov alebo chemik\u00e1li\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch na nab\u00edjanie a kondicionovanie bat\u00e9ri\u00ed. Ke\u010f tieto spojenia koroduj\u00fa, pr\u00fad, ktor\u00fd cez ne pretek\u00e1, m\u00f4\u017ee zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 nap\u00e4tie, ktor\u00e9 je detekovan\u00e9 sn\u00edma\u010dom nap\u00e4tia HVBMS a hl\u00e1sen\u00e9 ako \u201eklesnut\u00e9 nap\u00e4tie\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Toto<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> m\u00f4\u017ee vies\u0165 k tomu, \u017ee ECU bat\u00e9rie nastav\u00ed slab\u00fd blokov\u00fd k\u00f3d, \u010do sp\u00f4sob\u00ed zm\u00e4tok pre mechanika a majite\u013ea vozidla. Hodnoty by sa mali pribl\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 k nule voltov; v opa\u010dnom pr\u00edpade indikuj\u00fa, \u017ee v HVBMS m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 nie\u010do nespr\u00e1vne a je potrebn\u00e9 okam\u017eite vymeni\u0165.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Vysok\u00e1 bunkov\u00e1\/obvodov\u00e1 odolnos\u0165<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Tento k\u00f3d sa aktivuje, ke\u010f Battery Management System identifikuje nerovnov\u00e1hu medzi jednotliv\u00fdmi \u00farov\u0148ami nap\u00e4tia \u010dl\u00e1nkov bat\u00e9rie. Zv\u00fd\u0161enie vn\u00fatorn\u00e9ho odporu medzi \u010dl\u00e1nkami m\u00f4\u017ee sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 rozdiely v nap\u00e4t\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 ved\u00fa k pred\u010dasn\u00e9mu zlyhaniu \u010dl\u00e1nku a r\u00fdchlej\u0161iemu samovyb\u00edjaniu, ako sa o\u010dak\u00e1valo, \u010do rap\u00eddne zni\u017euje vyu\u017eite\u013en\u00fa kapacitu a v kone\u010dnom d\u00f4sledku vedie k r\u00fdchlej degrad\u00e1cii celkov\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu bat\u00e9rie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">BMS monitoruje nap\u00e4tie a teploty ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dl\u00e1nku v r\u00e1mci bat\u00e9riovej jednotky pomocou senzorov a potom porovn\u00e1va tieto d\u00e1tov\u00e9 body, aby zistil, \u010di existuje nejak\u00fd v\u00fdznamn\u00fd rozdiel. Ke\u010f sa spust\u00ed alarm, zaznie k\u00f3d \u201eP0A80\u201c, ktor\u00fd rozsvieti varovanie, ktor\u00e9 upozorn\u00ed vodi\u010dov.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Jednou z hlavn\u00fdch pr\u00ed\u010din tohto k\u00f3du je uvo\u013enen\u00e9 alebo po\u0161koden\u00e9 spojenie medzi bat\u00e9riami a ich pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdmi konektormi zbernice.
